Private Cremation
A private cremation is a cremation where your pet is cremated alone and the ashes are returned to you as a keepsake.

24 Hour Return Service
Due to the volume of animals waiting to receive cremation, the typical turn around time is about 4-5 business days.
We do offer a 24 Hour Turn Around Service at a service cost of $100. This means your pet will be cremated and returned to you within 24 hours of drop off. (If the 24 hours starts on or ends on a weekend when we are closed, the service cost is $150)

Viewing Cremation
Typically, clients drop of their pets and we give them a call when the pet's remains are ready to be picked up. For clients who want to view their pet entering the cremation chamber, viewing options are:

FaceTime: $75
Video: $75
A Viewing Cremation MUST be performed at 9:00 am when our equipment is the coolest. A Viewing Cremation helps some owners say goodbye and gives closure to the years spent with their beloved pet.

We will come to your home and pick up your deceased pet.

- Pickup Service fee- $1.00/mile ($45 minimum)

Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
You must have an appointment to drop off or pick up, as we leave periodically throughout the day.
AFTER HOUR FEES
An After Hours Fee of $85 will be charged for meeting at the crematorium Monday-Friday between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm or Saturday and Sunday between 7:30 am- 8:00 pm
A Late After Hours fee of $125 will be charged for meeting at the crematorium Monday-Sunday 8:00 pm- 7:30 am
These prices and services are for individuals who work with us directly for their pet's cremation. These prices do not apply for cremations performed through Vet Clinics.
We accept cash, checks, or cards. Payment due upon arrival.
